The Haybarn is a luxurious house with 5 ensuite double bedrooms sleeping 10/12 persons., Three of the bedrooms enjoy stunning views over 2 fishing and wildlife lakes and open countryside. An 'al fresco' patio area fully equipped with table, sun loungers and barbecue provides for those days when outdoor entertaining is more welcoming than being inside.

A dedicated private parking area has been provided for cars. On the groundfloor we have incorporated a magnificent fully equipped kitchen with italian stone floor, range cooker and granite worktops to help to make catering for your party a pleasure.

The huge open-plan sitting/dining room is fitted with oak furniture and oak flooring, comfy leather sofas, plasma screen television and open fireplace ideal for a cosy winter holiday or short break. Both kitchen and sitting room enjoy uninterrupted views across two fishing and wild life lakes and open countryside. A ground floor double bedroom with feature bed, oak furniture, power shower over a jacuzzi bath are but a fore-taste of what is upstairs.

Four first floor bedrooms include a master bedroom, finished to a high standard with a free standing bath, in the master bedroom, overlooking the lakes making it ideal to kick back and relax with a chilled glass of champagne. Three further double bedrooms individually designed and decorated with feature beds, including a leather sleigh bed have been designed to ensure that your stay is an enjoyable one. All bedrooms have bespoke en-suites with power showers. Italian stone flooring and walling complement feature stone bowls.
