• Low: 8 - 22 Feb; 7 - 21 Mar; 26 Sept - 24 Oct - £840 per week
• Mid: 4 Apl - 23 May; 30 May - 27 Jun; 12 - 26 Sep - £900 per week
• High: 21 Mar - 4 Apl; 27 jun - 18 Jul; 29 Aug - 12 Sep; 24 - 31 Oct - £1100 per week
• Peak: 23 May - 30 May; 18 jul - 29 Aug - £1480 per week
• Christmas & New year: 20 Dec 2008 - 3 Jan 2009 - £3000 per week

Short Breaks

• Winter Short Breaks (3 nights) bookable at any time and available throughout 'Winter' period - £680 and extra nights charged pro rata of weekly rate
• Off Season Breaks (3 nights) bookable within one calendar month of of the start date and available during 19 Apl - 24 May & 27 Sep - 25 Oct 2008 - Price 75% of weekly rental or Winter Short Break price if higher. Extra nights charged pro rata of weekly rate
• Last Minute Breaks Bookable within one week of the start date available during the year but excluding Winter period - 3 night price calculated at 65% of the weekly rental, or Winter Short Break if higher. Extra nights charged pro rata of weekly rate
